If you don’t want the close monitoring of one-on-one personal training, or you like to work with like-minded people, then our small group fitness training sessions are the perfect option for you.
Pinjarra Hills Personal Training small group training sessions offer many of the same benefits as personal training, but without the individual supervision. All our group classes have fewer than 10 people per class to ensure a high quality of supervision and support. Each class format changes from week to week to add variety and ensure you continue to get the results you deserve.
Our Small Group Training classes focus on Strength Training and Metabolic Conditioning (often referred to as High Intensity Interval Training – HIIT).
A combination of these two class types is best for ideal health and fitness development and/ or weight loss. The strength classes not only improve your overall strength but also help with increasing bone strength and increasing your metabolism which in turn will help you burn more fat 24 hours a day. The Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) classes are designed to increase your aerobic fitness and burn more calories, not only during the workout, but after the workout as well!
